Pre-Qualification for: Interior Fit-Out & Loose Furniture Supply for OHB Head Office & Branch
Project Brief
Vendors are invited to register for the pre-qualification round for OHB’s new Head Office and Bank Branch interior fit-out and furniture supply. Registration is open until March 27th 2025.
After this date, shortlisted vendors will be onboarded to the BidBid e-procurement platform, where they can access and participate in OHB’s tenders for this project.
The project is situated in Ghala Heights, Muscat, spanning approximately 5,000 m².
The scope of work encompasses MEP, HVAC, firefighting and life safety systems, IT infrastructure, carpentry and joinery, partitions and ceilings, premium finishes, supply and installation of loose furniture, flooring, wall treatments, and all other associated works to ensure comprehensive and high-quality execution.
